Reese Pecot is a driven and calm executive known for leading strategic initiatives and building industry-leading teams across Google.

As Chief of Staff for Search Quality, Reese optimizes strategies and operations for developing complex algorithms, machine learning, and data science projects at Google.

Previously, Reese served as the Director of Search, Geo, Assistant, and ML product policy at Google, where they led teams addressing issues like misinformation, hate speech, and child safety while contributing to core technology development.

Outside of Google, Reese delves into studying systemic risk, women's success in the workplace, public speaking, and advising startups.

Reese graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from Harvard Law School.

Throughout their career, Reese has held various roles at Google, including Director of Google Search, Director of Trust and Safety, and Senior Counsel.

Before Google, Reese gained experience as an Associate at Foley & Lardner Llp and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman Llp, as well as working as a Strategy Consultant at Edgar, Dunn & Company and an Analyst at Lecg.
