Reena Gupte

Reena Gupte is a seasoned beauty industry professional with a diverse background in project management, supply chain, and brand development. After studying Economics at American University, Reena began her career as a Business Analyst at Accenture before moving on to project management roles at Limited Brands and The Estée Lauder Companies. Her experience in managing international projects and brand supply chains gave her valuable expertise when she joined L'Oréal, where she held roles as Manager of Kiehls Development and later Senior Manager of Lancome Development. Through her career, Reena has built up a wealth of knowledge in the beauty industry, from product development to supply chain efficiency.
