Reed Harris is the Senior Vice President of Athlete Development and Marketing at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), a position he has held since February 2020. He has extensive experience within the organization, having previously served as Vice President of Athlete Development since January 2007 and as Vice President of Athlete Development and Marketing from September 2007 to February 2020. Before joining UFC, Harris was the General Manager and Founder of World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) from 2000 to 2010. He also worked as Vice President at Midland Pacific Building Corp for over 15 years prior to his tenure in mixed martial arts.
