Reed Edwards, Chief Investment Officer at Vista Property

Reed Edwards is the Chief Investment Officer at Vista Property, a New York-based real estate development firm. He joined Vista Property in 2023 after leaving his position as Managing Principal at Sterling Bay, a Chicago-based development company, where he had worked since 2008.15

At Vista Property, Edwards oversees acquisitions, dispositions, development management, leasing, and asset management. He has executed over 11 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $4 billion during his career.2

Prior to joining Sterling Bay and Vista Property, Edwards held roles at:

• Five Elms Capital, where he focused on due diligence, new deal execution, and portfolio company support34
• Frontenac Company, a mid-market private equity firm, where he was responsible for analyzing and executing mergers and acquisitions across various sectors4

Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.4
