Rebecka Nilsson is a production leader who has an eye for detail and an ability to see the big picture. With a natural talent for planning and group composition, she is passionate about communication and team dynamics for successful project outcomes. Rebecka has an eclectic educational background having studied natural sciences, media technology, social media, sceneproduktion, peace and conflict studies, and philosophy in various universities. With a diverse range of experiences in project management, marketing, community relations, and innovation consultancy, Rebecka has honed her skills in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and communication.

As a former project lead at Mindpark and Helsingborgs stad, a community relations manager at Open Space Mindpark, production manager at The Duffy Agency, and innovation consultant at Skurups Sparbank, Rebecka has a wealth of knowledge in project management for cultural and creative industries. Rebecka has also volunteered at Media Evolution and Øredev, giving her a broad network and exposure to the latest trends and innovation in the industry. Rebecka is currently a board member of Jämställd Utveckling Skåne, where she advocates for gender equality in the workforce.
