Rebecca Zucker is a highly accomplished executive coach and consultant, co-founding Next Step Partners in 2001. She is a Stanford MBA graduate, valedictorian of New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and studied at Abington Senior High School. Zucker has served as a contributor at Harvard Business Review and Forbes, sharing her insights on leadership and career development. Prior to her work at Next Step Partners, she was Vice President, Head of Learning & Development at Robertson Stephens, Manager, Strategic Planning EMEA at Disney Consumer Products, and an Associate at Goldman Sachs. Zucker enjoys helping individuals and teams achieve their potential through adult development, career transition, and group leadership programs.
