Rebecca Weaver is a seasoned HR professional and the founder and CEO of HRuprise, a platform that provides individuals with their own HR resource. With over 20 years of experience in HR, Weaver's extensive background includes roles as Head of People Operations at Downtown Project and Regional HR Manager at The Home Depot and Target. She is also a breast cancer survivor, having gone through chemo, surgery, and radiation during the pandemic, which inspired her to launch HRuprise. Weaver holds a BA in Communication from Linfield College and an MA in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University.
