Rebecca Wagner is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership coaching, organizational development, solar consultancy, and administrative sales. She has a strong educational foundation with studies in the Division of the Arts, Electronic Music at Bard College, as well as Cell Biology and Anatomy at Columbia-Greene Community College, and Mathematics at Ventura College. Rebecca was previously a Director of Organizational Development at Accord Management Systems and has held roles such as Solar Consultant at Lotus Energy, Administrative Sales at Face Stockholm Ltd., Student at Bard College, Technician at Bard EMS, and Administrative Assistant at Accord Management Systems. Her focus is on utilizing data-driven tools to help organizations attract, hire, onboard, manage, develop, and promote employees effectively, while minimizing the risks associated with bad hiring decisions.
