Rebecca Strawn

Rebecca Strawn is the Entertainment Partnerships Associate at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in New York City, where she has worked since April 2022.1234 In this role, she develops and executes strategy for virtual activations to ensure films are reaching key audiences, amplifying current movements within the issue area, and generating buzz ahead of release.1

Prior to joining NRDC, Strawn held several positions at Picture Motion, including Senior Manager of Impact Strategy and Partnerships, Manager of Impact Strategy and Partnerships, and Impact Strategy Coordinator.1 In these roles, she developed impact strategy reports and partnerships for film campaigns, managed social media accounts, and created content and toolkits for clients and partners.1

Strawn has also worked as a Research Assistant at Davidson College, assisting in research and material preparation for an ESL project.1 She holds a strong background in English and Hispanic studies.
