Rebecca Snape is a highly motivated and experienced individual who has excelled in Account Management and Customer Success for over 8 years. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from The University of Reading, she embarked on a career at WorldFirst, one of the world's leading foreign exchange companies. There, she swiftly gained an in-depth understanding of the Private Client Business and helped develop the Commercial Performance and Customer Success Team. In this role, she became the Voice of the Customer and was instrumental in driving customer experience efficiencies and improvements. Today, Rebecca is leveraging her wealth of client-facing experience as the Head of Customer Success at Natterbox Limited. Her team is responsible for continuously enhancing Natterbox Services to help clients improve both their end-customer experience and internal agent efficiency.
