Rebecca Smyth is an experienced public sector governance and assurance consultant who has dedicated her career to promoting better public practices. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management from Western Sydney University and 18 years of community services, water, environment, and energy experience, she is currently the Managing Partner of Vista Advisory, a Canberra-based professional services firm. Rebecca is also committed to advocating for girls and women's participation in science and policy making, as demonstrated by her participation in the Homeward Bound Global Leadership Program 2018/19, where she highlighted women's leadership, communication, visibility, and strategic capabilities in STEMM. Rebecca's expertise also extends to being a strong advocate for transparent and trusted government institutions and is a board member for the ACT Centre for Women's Health Matters. Lastly, she provides governance advice and active parent support to bereaved parents at SANDS.
