Rebecca Mitich

Rebecca Mitich is a dedicated professional with a focus on real estate development transactions involving various tax credits, financing options, and governmental incentives such as New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, PACE financing, TIF, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and Opportunity Zones. She is a recognized speaker on Opportunity Zones at a national level and has provided guidance in this evolving field that has been featured in national publications.
