Rebecca Horton is a Design Strategy Leader for Lenovo’s Commercial IoT Group, with extensive experience in building businesses, developing human-centered design strategies, and crafting compelling brand stories. Horton holds an M.A. in Design Management, with a graduate certificate in brand development and management, from the Savannah College of Art and Design, as well as a B.A. in Public Policy and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
As a serial entrepreneur, Horton has founded and coached numerous successful startups and held leadership and consulting roles in a diverse range of organizations, including Lowe's Companies, Trestles, Hanover Research, and The Wedgwood Circle, among others. She is passionate about leveraging the power of the Internet of Things (IoT) to create human-centric, intelligent built environments and three-dimensional experiences that enhance people's ability to connect and engage with the physical world.
Horton’s expertise spans design strategy, brand development, management and marketing, human experience design, IoT, coaching, and policy analysis.
