The Service Delivery Executive plays a key role in managing pre-sales orchestration with our sellers and successful delivery management of customer engagements leveraging strategic global partners.
 
I work with our sellers through the sales process and subsequently with the partner/Microsoft Delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery. 

The Service Delivery Executive plays a critical role in aligning with the regions to support internal relationship management within Microsoft and be the single point of contact for the customer on partner delivery engagements.

Scope of role includes enabling the Superpartners’ business analytics and reporting strategy by providing an efficient, flexible and accurate information extract, transformation and management solution.  Maintain a strategy for enterprise asset management of the information management solutions with a strong customer focus and alignment to business outcomes
Mature the services and capabilities of the IMCC in response to and alignment with evolving business need.
Ensure development practices (methods, patterns, standards and tools) exist and are governed to enable repeatable development and delivery of information management solutions,
Ensure relevant skills and technology exists within the team to execute against the defined practices and deliver the agreed services.

Manager - Information Management Competency Centre

Responsibility for overseeing the delivery of projects within the Business Intelligence, CRM and Datawarehousing portfolio.  Scope of role includes working collaboratively with senior management and peers to identify and implement continuous improvement  opportunities that can provide efficiencies and/or scalability within the portfolio.
Engage effectively with practice managers and resource suppliers (internal and external) to ensure availability and skill alignment of resources
Provide guidance and consultation into the development of delivery strategies, business cases, project management plans and risk management processes with a view to maximising successful business outcomes.

Business Delivery Manager

Responsible for leading a Project Delivery Practice with a team of up to 40 Project Managers.
Utilise extensive experience in Project and Programme Management to lead in the coaching and mentoring of team members to enable them to deliver successful project outcomes and realise individual professional goals

Service Provisioning Manager - Delivery Services

Management responsibility for a team of 37 Project Directors/Project Managers/Co-ordinators.
The purpose of this role was to manage a project management team within the Technology Group Functions Project Management Practice to successfully deliver customer requirements. The role encompassed supply/demand project management including resource utilisation, sourcing/recruitment, skills development, performance management and career management.
