Rebecca Cohen is a seasoned corporate law generalist with a strong background in representing financial institutions and technology companies.

Her expertise spans various sectors including cryptocurrency, banking, finance, and SaaS, dealing with complex corporate bankruptcy, SIPA liquidations, derivatives, securities, banks and broker-dealers, payments, settlements, and privacy/security.

Rebecca possesses a deep interest in ethics, conflicts of laws, comparative law, and philosophy, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape.

She pursued her academic journey by earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
