▪ Advised various firm clients on the obligations of E-Verify for federal contractors
▪ Received a Pro Bono Award for successfully defending minors facing deportation (SIJS and asylum)   
▪ Prepared successful E-2 investor visa petition for the CEO of a start-up
▪ Obtained a waiver of grounds of inadmissibility for an executive with a white collar conviction
▪ Obtained affirmative asylum for a homosexual man from Armenia
▪ Acted as lead counsel on a successful defensive asylum merits hearing (based on membership in the social group of her immediate family) which involved extensive briefing, witness preparation, conducting the direct and re-direct examinations of witnesses, and successfully arguing several highly-contentious motions
