Rebecca (Beck) Channer is a passionate individual committed to creating a more equitable world, driven by the concept of sonder and the understanding that everyone has a rich and diverse life experience.

She holds a diverse educational background having studied English, French, African American history, and theatre arts at Grinnell College, English, African American literature, and theatre arts at Rutgers University, and Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Seth Godin's altMBA.

With a strong track record in various organizations, Rebecca has served as the CEO & Principal Consultant at UpCity Consulting, LLC, Head Coach and Cohort Coach at Seth Godin's altMBA, CEO & Founder of ProsperCity and JIBE Collective, Inc., Interim CEO at Community Cycling Center, OPAL Environmental Justice Oregon, and The Pangaea Project, Government Grants Archivist at Mercy Corps, Chief Executive Officer at Africa Bridge, Interim Development Director at Earthrise Law Center, Senior Grant Writer at Medical Teams International, and Resource Development Specialist at Oregon Health and Science University.
