Rebecca Atwood

Rebecca Atwood is a talented textile and home product designer, artist, and author based in Charleston, South Carolina.15 She is the Creative Director and Founder of Rebecca Atwood Designs, a company she established in March 2013.12

Rebecca received her BFA in painting from the Rhode Island School of Design.6 Prior to founding her own company, she worked as a Design Director for Textiles at ny-lon design from September 2011 to January 2013.1 Her experience also includes working as an assistant designer in the home department at Anthropologie.3

As the creative force behind Rebecca Atwood Designs, she creates luxurious and relaxed home textiles, including fabrics, wallpapers, and accessories.14 Her designs often originate from her sketchbook, where she begins with ink on paper before transforming them into rich textile patterns.4

Rebecca is also an author, having published "Living with Pattern" in 2016.1 Her work has gained recognition in the design world, with her products being carried in stores across the country and featured in popular design blogs and magazines.3

In her personal life, Rebecca is married and has a daughter named Zoe, born in 2018.5 She has recently relocated her life and business headquarters from New York City to Charleston, SC, after 8 years in Brooklyn.25
