Rebecca Alexander

Rebecca Alexander, with over 25 years of experience in family law, has recently launched The Law Offices of Rebecca C. Alexander, P.C. where she focuses on premarital agreements, post-marital agreements, and cohabitation agreements.

She specializes in serving as an expert witness on the validity and enforceability of Colorado marital agreements, advising families and family offices on engaging in discussions on family law matters, and consulting with attorneys on premarital agreements and trusts in divorce.

Rebecca has a strong background in drafting and negotiating premarital agreements, particularly in protecting family wealth and trust structures, and emphasizes working with couples to create agreements that support their marriage and values.

She is also dedicated to helping families and family offices initiate discussions on stewardship with younger family members who may marry in the future. Rebecca is available for consultations on divorce-related issues but does not represent clients in divorce proceedings.

Rebecca Alexander holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Swarthmore College.

She is currently the Managing Partner at The Law Offices of Rebecca C. Alexander, P.C. and has previously held positions at Sherman & Howard LLC, Baker & Hostetler LLP, and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
