Raz holds an Honors MBA in Business Management, graduating Cum Laude from Ben Gurion University, where he also completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Philosophy with Summa Cum Laude honors.

Throughout his career, Raz has held key roles in reputable organizations, including Lemonade and Google. At Lemonade, he served as the Home Product Lead and previously led the Global Expansion Squad and held the position of Growth Senior Product Manager.

Prior to his tenure at Lemonade, Raz gained valuable experience at Google, where he excelled in roles such as Industry Manager, Analytical Consultant for Export B2C, and Industry Analyst for Tech B2B.

His professional journey also includes positions at Tefen as a Consultant, as a Teaching Assistant at Achva Academic Campus and Ben Gurion University, and as the Co-Founder and Head of Product at Pagevibe.
