Rayshauna Capri

Rayshauna Gray is the creator of The Heart Work, a workshop series focusing on imposter syndrome, with partnerships including Google, General Assembly, and the Obama Foundation. She is a public historian affiliated with organizations like the Cambridge Historical Society and the Boston Book Festival, supporting research and historic preservation efforts.

With a background in Philosophy and English Literature from North Park University and additional studies at Harvard Extension School, Rayshauna has worked with various prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Tufts University, and Yale University. She has experience in program management, content creation, and research in African American history and culture.

Rayshauna has held positions ranging from Founder and Designer at The Gray Area to roles at Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Cambridge Institute of International Education. Her work also includes technical marketing, historical design, and policy coordination, reflecting a diverse range of skills and interests.
