Raymond Rudianto

Raymond Rudianto, also known as Ray, is an experienced professional with a background in management consulting and business operations. He is currently the CEO and Founder of Upper Valley Partners, an entrepreneurial investment partnership focused on acquiring and growing a single business in the United States.12

Prior to founding Upper Valley Partners, Ray worked as a Business Operations Lead for a real estate fintech company in Palo Alto, California. In this role, he led partnerships and sales development teams, advised founders on strategy, and supported various business functions.1

Ray's professional background includes:

• Experience as a consultant at Bain & Company, advising private equity sponsors and clients in various sectors1
• Education: B.S. with honors in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School12

Ray was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, but moved to the United States at age 5, spending most of his childhood in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is inspired by his father's entrepreneurial journey and leadership of a 50-person team.1

Outside of work, Ray is an aspiring chef, enjoys trying new restaurants, and volunteers as a mentorship leader at Minds Matter Bay Area.1
