Raymond Pao

Head of Vive Mars, and Head of BD of HTC Private Network (G Reigns)

Raymond Pao is currently the head of Business Solution at HTC Vive, focusing on utilizing technologies such as 5G, VR, AR, and AI to deliver comprehensive solutions for enterprise clients.

With a diverse professional background, Raymond has taken on various challenges at HTC over the years, from spearheading new technology exploration as CEO staff to establishing the VR ecosystem in China and expanding the VR business across Asia.

His passion for technology began with joining Broadcom Bluetooth chipset team post-graduation and has since led him to significant roles within HTC, driving innovative projects such as the T-Mobile G1 Android smartphone and the Viveport platform.

Raymond's experience is centered on enhancing end-user experiences across a range of hardware and software products, emphasizing meticulous execution and scheduling to uphold exceptional quality.

Educationally, Raymond holds Master's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California and Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.

His previous roles at HTC include Senior Vice President, Asia GM and VP of Global Product, Associate VP of VR New Technology, Special Assistant To CEO, Director/Senior Director, Manager/Sr. Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer at Broadcom Inc.
