Raymond Irvine is a seasoned Deal Originator, Investor, Reg A Marketing Executive, M&A Consultant, and Social Media Influencer with a background in economics and marketing. He studied at Simon Fraser University and the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and also completed the Exempt Market Proficiency Course and a finance and financial management services program at IFSE.

Raymond has held executive roles in several companies, including President at Grindstone Capital Services Ltd and Restless Diesels Inc, and CEO at Source Rock Petroleum and Elk Hills Petroleum Canada. He was also an Associate at Tryton Financial Corporation, Investor Relations at Sonoro Energy Ltd, and Partner at Capitalists Capital Corp. With a keen interest in politics, he served as a political advisor and consultant for the BC Government and Ben Craig Campaign for Coquitlam City Council, respectively.
