Raymond Huang is an aspiring computer science and media art professional who has a passion for interactive storytelling that builds social connections through media. He is currently pursuing his BS at Northeastern University while striving for full-time opportunities to create software that enhances storytelling experiences. With a minor in Ethics, Raymond's ambition is driven by his interest in the ways storytelling and social play are central aspects of the human experience.
During his college years, Raymond has had various professional experiences that have given him the opportunity to showcase his technical and design skill set. He has served as a technical adjunct for ACM SIGGRAPH's SVSC, held internships at Facebook and Intuit, worked as an interaction designer, and software engineer for firms like Pison, and served as a teaching assistant at Khoury College of Computer Sciences. Raymond's resume also sports his time as a research assistant for ReGame VR Laboratory, software engineer co-op at Intuit, conference developer at Scout Studio, and orientation leader for Northeastern University.
Raymond's overall background demonstrates how versatile his skill sets are when it comes to programming and design as well as his commitment to continuously grow and learn within his field. With stories and social engagement being critical parts of his life's passion, he uses these interests as driving forces behind his professional and academic pursuits.
