Raylla Pereira de Andrade is a Psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and in Strategic Business Management. She has over 10 years of experience working in Human Resources and has won numerous awards, including the Top of Mind RH 2014 in the category of Young Talent of HR. Raylla has since transitioned to becoming a consultant in Human Development, with a focus on Communication, Non-Violence and building a trusting environment based on win-win relations. She is passionate about Human Resources, Leadership, Team Building, Psychology, and practicing Dialogue and Conflict Mediation. Currently, Raylla collaborates with other facilitators and consultancies as a consultant and facilitator in activities like workshops, courses, and programs based on Non-Violent Communication, and individual Empathic Listening sessions. Additionally, she is a professor at USP/ ESALQ – Piracicaba MBA in Project Management and FIA/ USP, teaching Non-Violent Communication. Raylla is interested in promoting international development programs and partners with WYSE International, an affiliate of the United Nations, to achieve this goal.
