Rayan Sharara

Rayan Sharara is the Managing Partner at Orca Deco Ghana, a position he has held since January 2020. He has a strong background in the retail industry, with extensive experience in various roles within Orca Deco, including Procurement Specialist, Store Manager, and Supply Chain Executive, beginning his career there in 2014. Additionally, he has been a Managing Partner at Orca Deco Zambia since January 2017.13

Sharara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University, which he completed in 2015. His educational background includes attending the American School of Paris and the International School of Dakar.1 He has been recognized for his leadership and contributions to the industry, notably receiving the "CEO of the Year 2021" award at the Ghana CEO Summit.24

In terms of skills, Rayan is proficient in teamwork, leadership, data analysis, research, and finance. He is multilingual, speaking English and French fluently, along with professional proficiency in Spanish and limited working proficiency in Arabic, Italian, and Wolof.1
