Rayan has held key roles in prestigious organizations, such as Staff Product Designer Lead at ServiceNow, where he took mobile platform projects to new heights. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Product Designer at the same company and played pivotal roles in managing programs and events at Startup San Diego. Rayan has also showcased his leadership as the Managing Director at Startup Leadership Program and as a Lead Product Designer at Tealium, among other distinguished positions.

His professional journey includes founding Joytime, Inc., contributing as a Software Engineer and UX Designer at Tealium, and assuming various design and development roles at companies like DVD Your Memories, The Art Place, and Smartwave Media. Through his experiences, Rayan has demonstrated a knack for creating results through authentic relationships and driving innovation within teams.
