As the founding President of ARX Networks, he spearheaded the company's shift towards revamped IT support, operations procedures, and Quality Assurance Processes to adapt to changes in the outsourced IT industry.

Prior to ARX Networks, he served as the IT Director at Start-Up Resources, focusing on building infrastructure for early-stage companies and providing managed services and Internet presence.

At ARX Networks, Ray Marmash leads a skilled team of engineers specializing in Microsoft, Linux, and Network Security, ensuring top-quality IT management and Network Security services.

He has expertise in IT Service Delivery for early stage BioPharma and Medical device companies, Infrastructure and Network security solutions, IT Governance, Off-site Backup Solutions, Disaster Prevention and Recovery, Telecommunication Evaluation, VoIP Solutions, Site relocation for IT services, Remote monitoring, and Help Desk solutions.

Ray Marmash graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and has also studied Marketing and Business Management at Stanford Continuing Studies.
