Ray Ellis

Ray Ellis is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technical management, aerospace manufacturing engineering, and organizational development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Certificate in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering from California State University-Long Beach. Furthermore, Ray holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and has studied Global Leadership and Social Responsibility at the Hive Global Leaders Program.

Throughout his career, Ray has worked with various organizations, including Boeing, where he served in several roles such as Master Solutionary and Lean Specialist. He was responsible for leading employee engagement efforts and improving manufacturing operations, which helped him gain expertise in engineering excellence and Lean+. Today, Ray runs his own business, Captain RayRay, utilizing his vast experience to offer coaching services to early career employees and start-up entrepreneurs.

Ray is passionate about creating a future that's distinct departure from the past. He firmly believes that the words we choose and use create our future. Ray invites everyone to have a dialogue with him, discuss what their future looks like, and how they can achieve their goals.
