Throughout his career, Ray has worked with various organizations, including Boeing, where he served in several roles such as Master Solutionary and Lean Specialist. He was responsible for leading employee engagement efforts and improving manufacturing operations, which helped him gain expertise in engineering excellence and Lean+. Today, Ray runs his own business, Captain RayRay, utilizing his vast experience to offer coaching services to early career employees and start-up entrepreneurs.

Ray is passionate about creating a future that's distinct departure from the past. He firmly believes that the words we choose and use create our future.
