Ray Dick

Ray Dick is an experienced strategic leader and innovator who has worked in various roles over the last two decades, bridging technology and operational opportunities. After studying mechanical engineering at the University of Kansas, he started his career as Director of Engineering / Mfg at Accessible Technologies, Inc. before moving on to Honeywell FM&T as their Business Segment Leader for DOE NSMC. Dick went on to become an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Kansas before becoming Director at BMNT, Executive Director at Hacking for Defense, Inc., and Co-Founder / Executive Director at Global Learning Accelerator. Now, he runs his own company, RD Solutions LLC, providing innovative solutions to industry challenges through design thinking and strategic alliances. Dick holds a Doctorate and Master's degree in engineering from the University of Kansas.
