With a Bachelor of Science in Systems & Information Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia, Ray has a strong educational foundation.

Ray has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including serving as the Executive Director of Student Enrollment at Orleans Parish School Board and Deputy Executive Director of Student Enrollment at Recovery School District.

His experience also includes being the Director of Enrollment Analytics at Recovery School District and a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, showcasing his expertise in education management and consulting.

Ray's contributions to the field extend to his involvement in the predictive technology laboratory at the University of Virginia.

Currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Westminster Theological Seminary, Ray Cwiertniewicz remains passionate about supporting school systems in developing unified enrollment systems and managing school portfolios, offering his services for contract work in this capacity.
