With a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the prestigious National Institute of Technology Karnataka, he has a strong academic background that has translated into his successful career.

Saini is currently employed as a Product Manager at ecobee, a respected leader in home automation technology, where he guides product development and innovation. He previously served as a Product Manager at CWD and started his career as an Electrical Engineer at Wirtz Manufacturing Company. As the former CEO of BioSensive Technologies Inc., he led the company to new heights in medical device development, keeping the products innovative, customer-focused, and sustainable.
