This meant designing the majority of the learning in the form of courses, videos, activities and articles. It also meant educating the partners on how to continue to update the content ongoing. The big value I added to every client is to challenge them to think about ways to modernise their learning, to find greater effectiveness and efficiency.

Coaching management, identifying how their teams used to use Microsoft Office suite and how they can achieve the same (and often better) results using Google Apps. Hosting briefings, meetings,, workshops and training sessions to help ITV teams transition smoothly.

I managed highly qualified subject matter experts in Social Care and various elearning developers to produce high quality elearning resources for managers and teams within the Social Care sector. From initiation, scoping, storyboarding, managing technical build through to lessons learnt, dissemination and evaluation.

Operating across 5 UK and 3 India contact centres. Solutions that I designed and delivered included coaching, in-person group sessions and online learning for other trainers, managers, team leaders and advisors.

Projects included initiation of a contact centre, the redesigning the corporate training directory and improving marketing/communication of the L&D function amongst the 18,000 employees in over 50 centres. Leading a team of consultants and onsite subject matter experts, the courses were for all levels including advisors, team leaders, managers, directors and councillors.
