Ravi Shankar Thiyagarajan

Ravi Thiyagarajan is a seasoned craftsperson in the digital world with over 16 years of experience. As a Business Strategist and Digital Evangelist at Unqork, he has honed his skillset in consulting, sales, product development, infrastructure services, agile development, team building, data analytics, business intelligence, and innovative data modeling.

Ravi graduated from Madras University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He has worked with several organizations, including Cognizant, where he served in various roles, from Software Technical Lead to Consulting/Engagement Leader. With his self-designed framework CRAFT (Create, Reuse, Add-on/Amplify, Fix, and Transform), Ravi has solved complex problems and helped organizations achieve their vision through successful work structures.

Ravi's domain knowledge extends to foreign exchange, Fathom of AHM, digital engineering, health exchange, provider contracts, care management, encounters, claims processing, and member management. Besides work, Ravi spends a lot of time with his family, especially his daughter, visiting the library together to read books.
