Ravi Shah

Ravi Shah, P.E., QSP/QSD, is a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader with a strong ability to build consensus and provide expert guidance to clients and colleagues.

His experience includes designing and developing Caltrans and City of Los Angeles engineering packages, writing various design reports, and overseeing complex interchange improvement projects from Preliminary to Final Engineering stages.

Ravi is known for his energetic leadership style and passion for exceeding expectations. He has a solid background in Highway & Local Roadway Design, Federal Roadway Design, Design Reports, Change Orders, Client/Business Development, and Construction Support.

A graduate of California State Polytechnic University-Pomona with a BS in Civil Engineering, Ravi has held key positions at Mark Thomas (A/E), Vanir Construction Management, Inc., and HDR. Moreover, he has been actively involved in professional organizations, notably serving as the President of the American Society of Civil Engineers(ASCE), Orange County Branch, Younger Member Forum (YMF).
