Ravi Popuri Kumar is a seasoned real estate professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. With over two decades of experience, he is an expert in conducting commercial and residential real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and purchase of luxury apartments, independent homes, bungalows, co-living solutions, and build-to-suit solutions.

Kumar has had an impressive career, having held several key positions in his previous roles. Prior to founding PRKS Consulting, he served as General Manager for the Transaction Management Group- Residential Services at CBRE South Asia. Before that, he held senior sales and marketing roles at Mantri Developers, Indu Projects, and NIIT Limited. Kumar has also pursued higher education, receiving a degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta and a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from Osmania University.
