Ravi Padaki has over 20 years of experience in the software product industry - a veteran in the field. He has worked at various companies such as Hewlett Packard, Yahoo!, Kodak Company, and Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, among others. Padaki's experience includes working with global software enterprise and consumer companies, startups, and MNCs. Besides, he has worked for pure play product companies and scaled products. Padaki's expertise also includes working with traditional companies venturing into digital platforms and overcoming cultural challenges.

Padaki has held several leadership positions, such as CDO at Duroflex World, General Manager, Digital Platforms and Emerging Technologies at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, and CTO at Trringo.com Ltd., where he led the company's technological efforts in building an online platform for renting machinery.
