As the Head of Strategic Innovation, I established the US West Coast Silicon Valley Innovation Hub, ensuring academic and corporate opportunities were evaluated to enhance EMD Serono's reputation as a leader in science and technology. These opportunities involved exploring game-changing technologies, such as AI, Microbiome, Electroceuticals, Aging, OOAC, and Organoids for healthcare therapeutics. I executed and managed key academic collaborations with institutions including Stanford, UCSD, WakeForest, UPenn, and Tufts. 

One of my key initiatives was championing and executing groundbreaking microbiome collaborations between pharma and biotech companies for Oncology, ImmunoOncology, Neurodegeneration (MS), and Fertility (IVF). I evaluated over 150 approaches for partnerships and strategic investments ad focused on areas like ADC Therapeutics, Oncogenic Signaling, DNA Damage Response, T & NK cell Biology, Stress & Plasticity, and Microbiome effects on TME and treatment paradigms.
