Ravi Jagannathan

Ravi Jagannathan is a senior technical leader with extensive experience in product management, platform delivery, and data science/AI. He currently serves as the Sr Director of Global Certification, Assurance and Trust at Palo Alto Networks, where he is leveraging AI for automation of compliance systems and managing overall end-to-end compliance for all Palo Alto Networks products.1

Prior to his current role, Jagannathan held several leadership positions:

• Chief of Product Security at Cloudera, where he worked on FedRAMP Moderate/HIGH, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response for big data AI1
• Lead Security Compliance Leader at VMware, leading projects in FIPS, Common Criteria, FedRAMP, German BSI EAL4+, GDPR, PCI, and ISO 270011
• Principal Engineer and Director at Juniper Networks, leading a group of engineers in building and deploying high-performance secure clouds at large scale1

Jagannathan has a strong educational background, including:

• Master of Science (MS) in Cyber Security from New York University, where he passed with an A in courses such as Digital Forensics, Penetration Testing, Network Security, and Modern Cryptography1
• Certifications in NSTISSI 4011, 4013, and 4016 (Approved NSTISSI Cyber Security certificates)1

He has also served as an instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies, teaching courses on Cyber Security.1
