Ravi Gupta

Ravi Gupta is a prominent figure in the education sector, known as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Arena.

Prior to his current role, Ravi played a pivotal role as the Founder and former CEO of RePublic Schools, a renowned charter school network in the South.

Under his leadership, RePublic Schools achieved significant milestones with two flagship schools in Tennessee ranking among the top five percent of all public schools for growth and absolute performance.

Ravi's diverse professional background includes serving as a Special Assistant and Speechwriter to Susan Rice, distinguished U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.

He also contributed significantly to Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign, overseeing fundraising and voter turnout operations in multiple states during the primary election and working closely with Chief Strategist David Axelrod during the general election.
