Ravi Gupta is a seasoned business development and recruitment professional with over 9 years of experience. Gupta, who initially started his career in the direct selling industry, has extensive experience in recruitment, having started his own recruitment firm and worked with several established organizations such as Magna Infotech, Mount Talent Consulting, and First Meridian Business Services.

Gupta, a graduate of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies with a Masters in Marketing Management, holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in electronic instrumentation & control engineering from Rajasthan Technical University.
