Ravi Dillon

Ravi Dillon is the Managing Partner and co-founder of DMO Group, a global executive search and strategic advisory firm with offices in New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore.12 He established the company in 2014, specializing in the Private Wealth, Asset Management, and Investment Banking industries in Asia-Pacific and the US.1

Career Background

Before launching DMO Group, Ravi held the position of Director of Recruitment and BD at Tink Labs Ltd. from July 2012 to December 2015.1 In this role, he led the global human resources and recruitment function for the technology start-up, helping to grow the company from 15 to over 90 staff globally in a 4-year period.1
