Raul Saavedra

Raul Saavedra is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in commercial real estate, specializing in leasing, development, entitlement, and asset management.

With a Kellogg MBA background, Raul possesses a deep understanding of underwriting and marketing commercial properties. He has successfully managed portfolios across various property types including office, industrial, data center, and retail properties. Raul also has extensive experience in ground-up development, notably overseeing a 1 million square foot LEED multi-use campus.

Raul has a proven track record in negotiating favorable leases for various property types, totaling over 4 million square feet both domestically and internationally. He is known for his problem-solving skills and is particularly adept at turning around non-performing real estate assets. Additionally, Raul has a strong background in leading marketing campaigns and is proficient in real estate software such as Argus, Yardi, and Excel.

Educationally, Raul completed his MBA in Real Estate, Marketing, and Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has studied at Universidad de Sevilla.
