He is the Founder and Manager at SMI, an International Consultancy Firm, where he leads innovation and serves as the Programme Manager and European Project Coordinator. Raúl has a strong international background and is well-versed in various aspects of business development, innovation, R&D financing and management, entrepreneurship, digital technology, and strategic consultancy.

Raúl's educational background includes completing a Programa de Transformación Digital, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Ciberseguridad, Internet of Things e Inteligencia Artificial at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a course on Liderazgo en Proyectos Estratégicos at IESE Business School - University of Navarra, and earning a degree in Licenciado en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
