Raul Carril

Raul Carril is a seasoned Manager of Customer Success at Datadog, a leading monitoring platform for cloud infrastructure and applications that merges data from servers, containers, databases, and third-party services to make your stack entirely observable. There, Raul wears many hats, overseeing customer success, resolving performance issues, and ensuring excellent user experience, all while remaining passionate about various cultures and using business to drive social progress. Raul's expertise lies in tackling critical business issues and developing systemic solutions alongside individuals, businesses, and communities. He's well-traveled, having studied abroad in China and traveled to other destinations such as Nepal and Peru to immerse himself in different cultures and businesses. Raul holds an undergraduate degree in Asian Studies and a Masters's in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship from Rollins College. While at college, he was an active member of the 3/2 Accelerated Management Program.
