Rauf Mammadov is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in public finance, development financing, economic policy, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Rauf began his career at the Ministry of Finance in Azerbaijan, where he played a key role in establishing the Central Treasury and strengthening relationships with multilateral donor organizations.
His experience at organizations like IsDB, EBRD, Dubai's DED, PwC, and Qatar 2022 SC has equipped him with a deep understanding of financing for development, impact assessment, and innovative strategies for economic growth.
Rauf's roles have included advising public and private sector organizations, developing innovation models, creating economic resilience initiatives, and promoting local entrepreneurship and sustainability.
In addition to his professional achievements, Rauf has a strong educational background with a Doctorate in Business Administration from IE Business School and an MPA from Harvard University, specializing in public policy, management, and strategic management.
He has also been actively involved in organizations such as AIESEC-Azerbaijan and the Harvard University community, where he served in various leadership roles.
Currently, Rauf Mammadov holds the position of Advisor to the President at the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau and continues to drive initiatives that foster innovation, sustainability, and economic development.
