Ratnadeep Deshmane is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and digital nomad with a passion for innovation and technology. His journey in programming began 18 years ago when he received his first computer, leading him to join a startup after completing his graduation. In 2011, Ratnadeep founded RainingClouds Technologies and developed the groundbreaking product AppSurfer, notable for enabling the operation of Android apps in web browsers. Serving as the CTO and Co-Founder, he oversaw the complete web stack of the company. AppSurfer gained recognition as one of India's top 10 startups, receiving investments from influential figures like Vijay Shekhar Sharma of One97 and the founder of PayTM. Eventually, media.net acquired RainingClouds Technologies in 2016.

Throughout his career, Ratnadeep has held prominent roles in various organizations, including Chief Software Architect at Mocingbird, Founder at BetaCraft, Engineering Manager at Mocingbird, Software Craftsman at BigBinary LLC, Geeky Co-Founder at RainingClouds Technologies, Software Craftsman at Weboniselab, Co-Founder at Bubble Card, and Trainee web engineer at Weboniselab. Additionally, he has a strong educational background, having studied Electrical Engineering at Pune University and pursued an MBA at Stoa in 2021. In 2015, Ratnadeep embarked on a digital nomad lifestyle, visiting 20 cities across 4 countries within a year. He also shared his expertise at 5 international conferences, focusing on topics related to Ruby and ReactJs.
