Rassam Yaghmaei has an extensive background in recruitment, starting as a headhunter in various agencies in 2006 before transitioning to in-house recruitment in 2016.

Currently, Rassam Yaghmaei leads Tech & Product recruitment teams at Doctolib, a prominent French scale-up, with a focus on improving healthcare systems and fostering a company culture based on humanist values.

His educational background includes studying LLCE in English Literature at Université Paris Nanterre and attending Lycée International de Sèvres.

Rassam Yaghmaei's professional experience includes roles such as Talent Acquisition Director at Doctolib, Director Talent Acquisition EMEA/APAC, and Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA/APAC at Axway, Manager of Division IT & Digital at Robert Walters, and BI/CRM Specialist - Team Lead at Aston Carter.
