Rasmus Lindblad Sørensen
Rasmus Sørensen is a highly educated and experienced leader in technical support and customer success. He has also worked in administrative and telemarketing roles and had a stint as a substitute teacher.
In his current role as Director of Technical Support, Rasmus leads a team of technical support specialists and ensures that Siteimprove's customers receive prompt, efficient, and high-quality technical support. He also works closely with other departments to ensure that customers' needs are met and issues are resolved quickly. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Technical Support Manager and the Senior Operations Manager, Group CX at Siteimprove, building on his expertise in customer success and team management.
